Enjoy with your group this wonderful enclave of the Coast.
Mijas Pueblo has a typical appearance of the Arab period, extends through a side of the mountain, with its white houses in sharp contrast with the green of the pines and offering one of the most beautiful pictures of the Costa del Sol.
Mijas offers travelers the essence of the typical village in the mountains of Malaga, a contrast between the traditional image of these lands and their adaptation to changing times.
Our group will enjoy its whitewashed corners, its yards and gardens, along with its rich cuisine, viewpoints and shopping areas. The village retains the leisurely pace and charm of yesteryear, sheltered by the mountains and extending its gaze to the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.
Besides tourist peculiarities, such as donkey-taxis, Mijas old town offers all visitors several interesting places to know, such as the bullring, tiny and irregularly shaped; two “Mudejar” churches; remains of the old arab fort where beautiful gardens and the interesting sanctuary of the “Virgen de la Peña”, patron of the town are located. From almost any point of the village you can see the white chapel of “El Calvario”, located in a higher level..
It also should be noticed, the House Museum and the Museum of Miniatures.
Our group will discover the Old Town and the main tourist and commercial areas.
Come and enjoy this group-tour to visit this wonderful place in the Costa del Sol, with stunning views from its many viewpoints of the coast and the Mediterranean Sea.
